Sending an enquiry does not constitute a purchase or acceptance of a project. Scope, price, taxes, delivery and rights are agreed in writing before commissioning work.

Music, voice and image

Music, photographs, logos and recordings belong to their respective rights holders. Listening to examples does not authorise commercial reuse, resale, voice cloning or AI training. Samples obtained through Splice are governed by their specific licence.

Social platforms, Spotify and Splice have their own terms. Credits, artist billing and release approvals for commissioned recordings are agreed separately.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. The owner’s tax identification and business address still need to be added to complete this legal identification.
