Information and purposes
We receive your name, email, enquiry type, description and listening links. Profile, budget, language, BPM and delivery date are optional. We use this information to respond, assess your music and prepare a possible commission. Do not send identity documents, passwords, banking details or sensitive personal information.
Legal basis
Service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other enquiries are handled under our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Providers and external content
FormSubmit delivers the form to the team’s Google email account. Hosting may process technical connection data to serve and protect the site. Spotify loads only after external content is allowed and may use cookies and connection data. See the policies of FormSubmit, Google and Spotify. Some providers may process information outside the EEA; their processing terms and safeguards need to be reviewed before the legal documentation is considered complete.
Retention
We keep enquiries while handling and following them up. Information is deleted when no longer needed, except where legal duties or claims require retention. Commissioned-work records are retained according to applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable at info@aierimusic.com. Withdraw external-content permission using “Cookie settings”. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
